Farmstead Feta

Mild and lightly salty Farmstead Feta made from 100% low temp pasteurized goat milk. Great for slicing and crumbling. Fabulous with olive oil and herbs (don't forget the sun dried tomatoes, olives, and garlic) and used for bread dipping or over pasta. Always a great protein addition to salads. Sold in a salt water brine as small blocks adding up to 8 ounces.

Ingredients- low temp pastuerized fresh farmstead goat milk, free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones, salt, culture, vegetarian rennet.
